Susanna Kartye is responsible for development oversight of Ancorian equity projects as well as third-party development management assignments. Susanna’s experience includes leasing, development, project management, and the acquisition of world class commercial real estate projects. Her skills include minimizing the owner’s risk and optimizing the balance of cost and quality, with an eye to the long-term performance of the building. Susanna has managed the delivery of over 800,000 square feet of commercial, medical office, and exhibit space for major nonprofit and corporate clients and investors, and is directly responsible for over $190 million of real estate. Prior clients include major non-profits and global corporations. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and LEED®AP (BD+C and Homes.)
Susanna previously founded The Sarrazin Group, a real estate firm providing development, investment, and consulting services in Houston, Texas. She helped target development and investment opportunities in the Houston area and provided project management and advisory services on a variety of project sizes and product types, including sustainable development.
Prior to Sarrazin, Susanna served as a development director for six years with Hines, a privately-held global real estate company. Susanna also served as an adjunct professor at The University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business Graduate Real Estate Certificate program for MBA students.
